A Sweet Summer Success

A huge thank you to all the volunteers who participated in our NeuroSilver bake sale- we are so thrilled to announce we surpassed our fundraising goals!

Special thanks to Amanda Jiang and Kavin Kansal who contributed to the major success with sugar cookies and refreshing drinks to sell on the hot summer day.

From 11am-5pm on July 12th at Potomac Village, volunteers Sonia Lin, Evelyn Wang, Beurui Zhang, Eva Song, Annie Luo, Isabella Silvestre, Emma Hahn, and Ify Olisemeka sold Biscoff cookies, Cookies n Cream cookies, chocolate chip cookies, MnM cookies, fun-shaped sugar cookies (such as butterflies and stars!), cake pops, iced sodas, and juices.

We’re so grateful to everyone who stopped by for being so kind to the volunteers and supporting NeuroSilver’s mission of intergenerational programming! You made this event more than just a bake sale-you made it a community celebration.
